2011 CLP Class

For almost three years, 29 students have regularly traveled from all four corners of the state to the Kirk to prepare to become Certified Lay Pastors in the Presbyterian Church’s Arkansas district. On July 31, that training was complete. Those attending were Suzanne Cain, Ken Coker, Michelle Duggin, Dianah Gourley, Ruth Hamilton, Betsy Harris, Jim Hays, Cyril Hollingsworth, Eddie Holt, Jody Ingram, Lesley Jones, Emily Laurel, Wilma Lewis, Rita Manske, Ellen McLemore, Rosilee Mugley, Charles Olson, Clay Parton, Jeannie Price, Art Ritter, Dawn Scarborough, Linda Statler, Jennifer Stiles, Ed Wilkinson, and Susie Wright. Retired pastor Dr. Heinrich Eiler organized the multi-year effort. Under his tutorage, over a 10-year period, 69 students have graduated.
