Easter celebration

The crucifixion cross, the “He Lives” banner and celebratory banks of flowers illustrate the familiar resurrrection story on Easter Sunday.	Abe and Fran Stroud, Sharon Gardner and Norm Martin sang "Were You There?" a cappella at the Saturday night service on Easter weekend.
Candles on the communion table were extinguished one by one at the Maundy Thursday Tenebrae service as the Reverends Bill Bailey and Don Trent read from Luke beginning with the betrayal of Christ, through His crucifixion.
