The Rev. Don Trent celebrates 50 years of pastoral service

Pastoral Associate Don Trent is celebrating his golden anniversary this year as an ordained minister. Rev. Trent preaches at the Kirk's Saturday evening informal worship service, assists with the Sunday morning traditional service and with many other pastoral duties.	Don and his wife, Peggy, retired in 2004 and moved to Hot Springs Village. He became Pastoral Associate at the Kirk in 2005.
Gifts, delicious food and anniversary cakes marked the occasion at receptions held May 29 and 30 after worship services. Extending congratulations to Don were retired Presbyterian ministers (l-r) Heinrich Eiler, Mike Seitz and (far right) Vic Brown.
