PW Retreat at Ferncliff

Presbyterian Women from the Kirk gathered for a PW retreat Oct. 20 at Ferncliff Camp and Conference Center near Little Rock. Mary Beth Lysobey, moderator of PW of Arkansas Presbytery, was speaker and recounted her trip to Eastern European countries as part of the PW Global Exchange program.

Kirk members Linda Smith (left) and June Stevens model and admire a beautiful handmade knitted scarf similar to the gifts carried by Presbyterian Women to their hosts on a trip to Czech Republic, Hungary and Ukraine. But Kirk Presbyterian Women came home with a wonderful gift too—the realization that all Christian women are striving to serve Jesus Christ and share His love, no matter where we live.
