Kirkin’ o’ the Tartans, 2009

Presbyterian Kirk in the Pines held their first Kirkin’ o’ the Tartans in 2003. It is a spiritually moving service and you leave proud to be a Presbyterian. In 2006 the Kirkin’ was part of the 25th anniversary celebrations. The 2009 Kirkin’ had 35 Kirk members carrying banners made from their clan tartans led by Lyon College Pipe and Drum Band. A high tea was held after in Hoffius Hall after the worship service.
