Administration
The Kirk’s Administration Committee oversees operations
in the church office, working with the pastor in managing the
lay staff according to established office and personnel policies.
The committee conducts annual staff reviews and assures that the
staff is fairly compensated and properly equipped. The retired
business professionals serving on this committee bring a wealth
of experience to assure the efficient operation of the Kirk. |
